Long-time inactive users downgraded to "authenticated users" or deleted

I have decided to change the status of all the registered users that have been inactive for a long period of time, namely either to "authenticated user" (a role in which the site can be used, but no changes can be made), or by deleting them entirely (in case I have no reason to believe that they retain an active interest in flatworm taxonomy).

This decision in part reflects the reality that I have, with a few exceptions, been nearly the sole active contributor to the site, and also that I currently find it difficult to offer support to users wanting to contribute, as I have been struggling to keep up with the frequent changes in the scratchpads myself. If anyone wants to (more) actively contribute to the site, I would of course be happy to revert this decision.

Cheers, Lukas
